Over that time, he has guided clients through more than $34 million in real estate transactions — including new construction projects with some of the country's leading homebuilders. Before his real estate career, he built a diverse professional background that spans logistics, environmental regulation, international education, and national security research. As an Environmental Specialist with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, he developed the regulatory fluency and process discipline that serve him well in navigating complex development environments. Earlier, as a Graduate Research Assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory, he contributed to nonproliferation and export control work — earning a U.S. Department of Energy security clearance and developing an ability to operate across cultural and linguistic boundaries that has defined his career ever since.

That international dimension is a genuine thread throughout his life. He taught English at Moscow State Linguistic University and spent formative years engaging across cultures — experiences that give him a natural ease in the cross-border partnership environment that Nova Verde Systems requires. His interest in the world beyond his own borders remains a passion: international travel is among his deepest personal pursuits.
